- AWAlly WilsonJan 16, 20261.0I went there this afternoon around 1pm. I ordered food for my family. It was only three people, simple order. There was a staff working named Eli, and he was terrible. I asked for strawberry sprite with my burger that has NO topping (pickles, mustard, and ketchup) and I was given a normal sprite. He proceeded to give me a normal sprite then open the window and say “that’s a normal sprite not a strawberry” and I said I wanted strawberry like I ordered. He took it back and got me a strawberry one, looking unimpressed. I got a burger with every topping on it. They also forgot ranch for my brothers chicken strips. The wait before we had to return at the Dairy Queen to get our correct meal, was around 20 minutes for two chicken strips baskets and a cheeseburger. We were the only ones in line at the time, including the drive through. We had to return back and wait another 10 minutes for our correct order. Eli seemed very unhappy. His finger also was touching the contaminants of my blizzard, enough to leave a full fingerprint mark. I am disgusted and unsatisfied. Every other time I have got there, nobody has messed up my order. My new burger was squished nearly flat.
