- RSRebecca StahlneckerSep 14, 20251.0Seriously I wish the employees would read the tickets better for online orders. I never get extra mayo or ranch. No one wants a dry sandwich. Please whoever is the manager needs to have a talk to the employees to make sure they are reading online tickets correctly!!! Its really not that hard and if the employees cant read they probably dont need to be working there!!! Seems a lot of people are having issues so must have issues with managment as well!!!!
- KKKristenAug 21, 20251.0I never leave reviews… but I had to this time. I just ordered online for pickup and when I got home I realized that was a horrible mistake. Hands down the worst quality-made subway sandwich I’ve ever gotten. My sandwich wasn’t even cut in half aside from the top half of the bun (no big deal), the bread was dry and stale, the American cheese was piled in the center, almost zero lettuce, meat was falling off, and there’s no chance they put the extra mayo I requested on the sandwich. I literally had to rebuild the whole thing. To spend $25 on 2 basic subway sandwiches and a cookie **that I didn’t get**, is blasphemy when it’s done this poorly. That is including the 15% tip I gave in advance of picking up the order hoping they might make sure the order was done well. The second sandwich hasn’t been opened yet but I can only imagine it will be worse since mine was a simple cold cut…
