    WTH is going on at this location? Last 2 orders that can't get a simple order correct. 1st sandwich was no onions and they did EXTRA onions, this time a sandwich THAT DOES NOT GET MAYONNAISE on it, is DROWNING in it!! Absolutely disgusting. I literally have to wipe off every single thing inside the sandwich to get the mayo off. As someone who works in the food industry, it's not that damn hard to read the order and turn out the correct sandwich.

    Horrible experience. Ordered on app, waited 23 minutes for 2 sandwiches. After 10 minutes of waiting, and watching the staff put new tickets on top of mine so all orders after mine were done 1st (I watched 4 groups of people come and go before they even started my food during my entire wait) I went up to the counter and asked, he said they'd get working on my food. 13 minutes later and he finally brought me out my food, apologized saying they got busy. I told him I waited 23 minutes and watched him put tickets on top of mine to get done before my food, he just said sorry and walked back to the prep station. There were at least 3 employees. My husband used to work at JJs near us (this was not our usual location) and this behavior would have never been accepted at his store. Such a terrible experience with staff, will never be back to this location, I see why it gets 3 stars on reviews. Oh, and the bathroom was horrendous. Thankfully the food was accurate, I wasn't sure what we were going to get after having such a bad experience in store.

    Placed an order for curbside pickup and clicked on the link in my email that i was there, waited 20 minutes after going inside and my order was on the pick up shelf. If they were going to put it there they should’ve let me know because I was waiting in my car outside and my food was warm by the time I got it.
