  Extremely rude and impatient women working the drive through this morning between 7-730. I wanted to try something new and I chickened out and changed my mind. She had a hard time understanding what I wanted. The confusion made me forget I wanted to buy donuts for my coworkers so I asked to add it on at the window. I’ve never bought donuts here and didn’t understand how many came in a box, what kind I got, etc. - when I asked she responded “yeah, this is Dunkin’ Donuts” like I was stupid. Very obvious language barrier. Didn’t ask any questions after that, just said 2 dozen and left it at that. I apologized over and over again because I could tell I had frustrated her. Then, she handed me my drink and I immediately could tell it was wrong and the order on the sticker was incorrect. I repeated what I had ordered again and again at the drive and again to her at the window. She said “what do you want now”, WHAT? I asked her not to be rude to me and she snapped back and told ME not to be rude and that “I had cancelled my order 3 times”. Really awful. This management team has serious problems.

  I've been picking up donuts for church on Sunday mornings at Dunkin'. Maria has been a blessing knowing our order that we need and being so kind. The donuts are great as well as the service!

  Absolutely terrible service got my order wrong and messed up my coffee the only one that was kind and respectful was the little white girl

  Everyone here is kind and professional. They remember what we get! I have not gone here once and been disappointed. Every single time is a wonderful experience. I will choose this place over Starbucks any day! Keep you the great work!
