They have made a few mistakes here and there which everyone does but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had. My girlfriend picked up some chicken strip baskets and blizzards on her way home. For starters the meal didn't come in its normal box, everything was separate. Maybe they were out of the boxes. Just seemed odd. The chicken strips seemed undercooked and had no flavor. The breading was soggy and was falling off the meat. Now the blizzards we got were completely inedible. I'm not sure what was wrong with them but they had this AWFUL taste to them. Almost seemed like a chemical flavor? We had gotten 3 blizzards and they all had this awful flavor and smell to them. DQ Fan Relations Team, I hope you read this and take some sort of action.

I go there and order a blizzard with just cocoa fudge, but ask for extra (got hooked after I got my wisdom teeth out and couldn't chew) and sometimes it's super dark and chocolately. However, other times I get charged a dollar extra and get served a barely mixed blizzard with hardly any cocoa fudge. It's really disappointing that they can't put out consistent product.
