Can't read orders full and messed up on the order and forgot to give sauces and napkins. Five layer burrito that was supposed to have steak and not bean.

It was delicious, the crew was awesome with hospitality and peovided fabulous service.Fantastic would recommend to everybody I met on the street. ten out of ten for everybody that works here!

Service continues to decline. Meals are always wrong, barely warm food, skimping on toppings or half way folded burritos that are always missing something. They use to have. Excellent service now it just continues to decline

If I could give negative stars,i would order was wrong had to argue to get my order fixed and it still wasn't correct. Food was cold had to go to a gastation to heat up the food.Staff acted as if we were crazy when I read the recipet to them. Food looked like it was just tossed in bag. The manager on shift should also be ashamed as she/he left the window workee scrambling and could see them struggling and did nothing to step in and help the staff. As someone who has worked in restaurants the management/owner should be ashamed how how there staff are handling people's orders and how there food comes out to the customer. Customers eat with there eyes and then there senses. If the food looks like a mess people are less inclined to eat or order from that restaurant. About the only thing you have going for you is ur restroom was clean.
