Took my money but gave me no food, gave me no refund. The “general manager” is an extremely agitated rude person, I have issues EVERY time I order there. I only come for breakfast. Between ordering food last week my sandwich not arriving with the delivery-meaning we had to leave to go and pick up my sandwich and then when the sandwich was being opened up at home to be eaten-a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin without egg.
Multiple times before that they have screwed my orders up which I’ve had a decent experience with the male manager. Absolutely ridiculous you sit in line for 30 minutes to an hour for your order to be screwed up, or you pay and arm and a leg to have it delivered for it to be missing stuff and cold. I used to love coming here now over the past few months between the employees that do not follow dress codes, taking messed up orders back through the windows- which is cross contamination 101, the genuine disrespect the employees show-I’ve worked food, i understand getting upset with customers. But just because 1 customer gets upset with you or the food doesn’t mean you can take it out on the next customer. All the employees besides MAYBE 3-4 do not say a word to you. Pass your food through the window and shut it. No have a good day, no order confirmation, nothing. From now on I’ll find a different place to get a quick bite to eat in the morning, service would/will be quicker and better then anywhere else.

But this Grand Rapids location, McDonald’s will never get my service again. I hope all chains aren’t run like this one here.

The fast food line takes over an hour sometimes, I literally got 7 fries in a kids meal once, the restaurant itself is dirty with unwipes tables, no napkins or paper towels, and the play place really icks me out with kids hair all stuck in the cracks with dirt. It’s really gone downhill….we spend $50 on 4 meals tonight, that’s just crazy to me…… do better McDonald’s.

I actually have only eaten here 1 time in the past year. I do, however, pick up food once in a while for my son who lives out of town. The last time it went fairly smoothly...the time before that was not great. Long wait at the window outside and even had trouble ordering. The fellow taking the order didn't seem to understand me. I haven't been inside in months because the last time I was inside the lobby was really a mess. Hopefully, they have rectified that. It is expensive like everything else these days.
