    An actual fellow named Jimmy, who works at this Jimmy John’s, continually gives the best customer service in all of Grand Rapids, the food is always great but the service with a joke and a smile is what keeps me coming back! (Even smiling and waving chipping ice from the drive-thru!)

    Ordered a sub and took them 15 minutes to get mine made up. There were people that ordered after me and received there subs before me. Whatever happened to “ freaky fast?” I will no longer give my business
