  Stingy on the ingredients, ESPECIALLY if you online order. More expensive and less ingredients than 10+yrs ago, no wonder I don't eat subway more than 2-3 times a year.

  Absolutely ridiculously awful experience at this store. I placed an online order, the order was confirmed, and my debit card was charged. I went to the store to pick up the order, and the woman behind the counter said they hadn't received it. I showed her the order confirmation and my receipt, but she insisted she would not fill the order because it was "a franchise store and the order was placed through corporate" - which is a poor response to a customer service issue. The only option she offered was for me to contact corporate - and their incomprehensibly bad chatbot was unable to do anything resembling customer service. There's no other option for customer support, so I'm out what I paid for the order - and had to endure an incredibly painful experience in the store and online. It's hard to imagine a company underperforming to this extent, but I guess that's why Subway is in so much trouble.

  Super clean and the guy who tended to us was super nice and definitely deserves a raise. Wish I could remember his name

  I told the guy exactly what I wanted and turned y back to take an important phone call and when I got home to eat cause I was starving this is what I got. It was supposed to be the "Thanksgiving " sandwich ... and toasted with a lot more ingredients that I told him . But he took advantage of me being on the phone . And I was charged 21 for a six inch meal
