First off the employee that was preparing my food had a very bad attitude. I ordered a steak burrito and two steak bowls. The food was cold.. the rice grains were very hard and undercooked, and the steak had more fat than meat.. It was not as fresh as it looked. Hopefully the manager will see this and take time with the crew to try to make improvements with customer service and food quality.. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon but maybe I will try to give it another chance in the near future..

This is typically whoever is regularly working closing shifts at this location.
