  Tried to order online so I wouldn’t have to talk as much (just had oral surgery) but their online ordering doesn’t work. Decided just to go through the drive thru. I pulled up they said it’s walk up window only, you have to go park. When they took my order I had to repeat it a few times because the kid behind the window couldn’t hear me - not her fault but overall unpleasant experience. Milkshake was still good.

  Customer service was horrible! Paid for a large cup of vanilla ice cream and they only fill it up 1/3 of the way and claim that's all they can do which makes no sense. Paying $6 for a large ice cream that has as much air in it as a bag of potato chips is criminal. The owner is cool, but the employee he has there right now are not. Unfortunate. I even asked one of them employees that was ringing us up how their day was and got no response, just for my sister to reiterate the same thing and still get no response.

  Had a legitimate question about a birthday blizzard deal for my friend. Guy with the glasses behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending to us while rolling his eyes answering our questions. Let him know he should check his attitude and walked out without getting anything. This was my childhood Dairy Queen, sad to see what it's come to.
