- EAEric Arandia5 days ago1.0Food was cold. Blizzards were melted which was all made hours before the dasher ever showed up. Had to pick up the order myself after 2 hours of waiting for the door dasher to pick it up. Contacted them multiple times but no answer. Had to explain why items were missing to the manager just to get our food. Which would have gone out the door incomplete if I had not been there.

I said unfortunately if the foods not ready and we are late it affects our rating. She said “not my problem “ honestly if that is your attitude toward people trying to make money as well. You probably should not be a manger. Never been so disrespected!
