Honestly, this place will go out of business before it gets a chance to take off. The rudeness of the employees will cause people to not come back. My husband and I went there tonight, mind you they were pretty busy, but we get up to the front and they don't even say they're ready for us to order and give us attitude when we don't ordering. Mind you they're wearing a face mask so you can't even see her face. Then the dude that we up there with her, they kept ignoring us and whispering amongst themselves, completely disregarding the fact they had customers. The atmosphere of a place will make or break business.
Oh and the best part, I asked her to tell me what was what because the signs did not match what was there and a 5 year old would of done a better job. "Um this one has white stuff in it, this one is pink fosted with sprinkles" quoted from lady at the counter tonight.
The customer service is garbage. The donuts aren't worth being treated so poorly. none of them seem to actually care about their jobs.
Very sad. We won't be back for awhile, until I feel turnover has happened.

Went for the grand opening and felt the novelty and magic from my childhood just.....crumble. The excitement and hype for the opening was maintained all the way to the actual case, I'll give them that. Multiple free glazed donuts warm off the oven were amazing, hands down. Those were and are still unbeatable. By the fourth one offered due to the line times (which they didn't have to do, that was going above and beyond), I didn't want another as I wanted to eat the specialty donuts I'd come there to buy. I intended to get 3 dozen donuts when I walked in, after all. I left with 3 total. Once I got to the case, donuts were not labeled correctly in front, they were still offering the variety boxes, but admitted they were actually sold out of many of the flavors and hadn't communicated that to the reps up front promoting those very donuts. As of today (January 10th), they no longer even carry the seasonal flavor I was excited about. Sold out of it the first day and just never got it back in stock. I had friends who went each week after, picking up their own donuts as the hype and lines died down, and confirmed it wasn't worth stopping by again because those flavors never got restocked. At the counter when I did check out, the teenage girls were short and terse with me. I KNOW they had a long day. I remember working food service in my 20s, but I hadn't even spoken yet when I was greeted by a "is this all for you?", in a tone that made it feel hostile. I went from that 3 dozen magical donuts to share with friends and coworkers, to 3 New York cheesecake donuts, which ended up tasting a bit stale and dry. I have helped with the corporate grand opening of a restaurant/food venue in the past, and this? This was not it. The magic just kinda died.

When I tell you I wanted to hate these damn donuts, I want you to know I mean it. I wanted to hate them because the hype around stuff like this is typically not on par with the product itself. UNFORTUNATELY, a glazed Krispy Kreme donut is a top tier sensory experience.
I was disappointed in the assorted flavors I tried compared to the classic glaze.
Its like biting into a dang cloud, half of it is air and its so freaking delicious. They also freeze beautifully and eating them frozen is actually my favorite way to enjoy them - its like if you could eat packing peanuts - I can't explain it any other way.
There's typically a line when I go, and it moves kind of slow, so I buy online and pickup is super quick. I've never used the drive thru and there's never been more than a handful of people ahead of me. I have been there on weekends and weekdays between open and 10am and all flavors have been available every time.
Service is kind of slow, but thats on the customer's more than the employees imo. Everyone is kind and patient, but sometimes they also seem like they need a vacation (but don't we all LOL).

Hello, I visited on Monday December 29th 2025, and was very pleased with speed of service. Of course, this was the day after that Blizzard they had on Sunday, so I'm not sure if that played a factor in how busy or speedy the service was. About 3/4th of the tables were occupied with small groups of people, but my family found a table right by the hot and fresh window inside as we looked over the menu.
One of the ladies working the counter motioned to us that she was ready whenever we were ready to order, and like country-bumpkins we went the wrong way to the counter. She was very pleasant and asked us what we wanted, we told her the assorted dozen. As we ordered she let us know how many more options we had and it was a very welcoming and kind tone she took.
The donut trays were fully stocked with the Krispy Kreme "staples" of usual donuts, and while there were no "special" filled donuts, ALL the Charlie Brown specials were available. So, I imagine the other specials may have been replaced temporarily with the seasonal character options.
The interior of the store and seating area was very festive and had paper hats on every table. It was clean and warm, NOT TO MENTION, the hot and fresh sign was on and we watched the assembly line donuts make their way from creation to finished product! The donut man was VERY nice and was chatting and being an all-around great guy at the interior window.
I went to this location after reading the reviews, with a bit of apprehension and worry that the staff would be rude or it would be a bad experience, BUT I was only given an AWESOME experience and would highly recommend this place to others! The interior ordering staff were fantastic, the dining/seating area was clean and inviting, and the DONUTS were delicious and very fresh.
Please don't be taken in by reviews and go try this Krispy Kreme site out for yourself and make your own decisions!!

So. I’ve been there 3 times now since opening. The first time was good… long wait but I got what I asked for and it seemed fresh. 2nd time there was a long wait again but they gave us a fresh donut while waiting so that was nice, but then they wanted to argue with us when we got to the front about what we wanted after they gave the people in front of us the same thing we asked for without argument. Then what they did give us didn’t seem fresh at all. 3rd time I ordered online hoping to save some time. When I got there I went and stood behind another guy at the online pickup sign. After a longer wait than it should have been, eventually someone asked us what we were waiting for, and handed him his order but couldn’t find mine. She finally found it still on the printer, and then randomly threw some donuts into a box instead of what I actually ordered. I will still go back because it’s obvious they are still having opening issues, but I am much less enthused to go after each time.
