It was my first time going to Krispy Kreme and this is a new building a new facility and I swung in to get a couple donuts cuz I already have my coffee and I went in and just picked out two general Donuts one was an oriole crusted donut and then a chocolate-covered custard-filled donut and upon walking up to the business the doors were so full of fingerprints and smudges I was literally afraid to touch the door so I had to use my sleeve to pull it open I went in and waited there was no one at the counter for approximately 2 or 3 minutes I enjoyed watching the machines through the window for a second where they make them then I was asked what I would like I told them and for the two Donuts it was almost $6 I was like wow didn't act crazy but paid it sat down to eat my donut and the table was dirty as well as the back of the chair where people grab it with their hands to pull it in and out I proceeded to eat the donuts and they were Airy if anybody understands that there was no substance it was just really light but they were good Donuts but way overpriced Krispy Kreme thinks they're like the king of donuts but they were just average and the price was crazy so that's just my thought I don't know what else to say I had a bad experience

We gave them 3 opportunities to make up for the lack of donuts to pick from every time , even when they weren’t busy they weren’t stocked. You would think with how busy they have been they would be ready for the amount of people even with making them there and then seeing the donuts against the wall under their names just sitting there for distributing. They say once they are out they are out and won’t put any more up and don’t know what kinds they will stock the next day. they are more concerned about stocking stores. Even placed an order 4 days in advance for an early morning pickup for the new Oreo donuts. Only 3 people in the store and 1 type of the Oreo donut, they didn’t even make all the Oreo donuts for the day! I just asked for a refund which seemed to be a hassle for them. I will NEVER be coming back to Krispy Kreme ever. Customer service is horrible as well . They should shut down the ability to come in and get donuts and just use it as a distribution center to make them for whatever stores they send them to, as this is the ONLY reason they will stay open. Corporate better step up and see what’s going on here, not just show up with the owner or give the owner notice so the owner can make it look right just while corporates there.

The staff is absolutely 💯 wonderful, smiling and doing their best 👌 to entertain the line of customers watching and the kids awaiting their most delicious treat.
We drive 40 mins , usually first 10 people every other Saturday.. get excited for the new drops of flavors and they never have them.. then they started just dusting them with left over crumbs of oreo .. it was so disheartening because my husband and 9 yr old daughter Drive there each Saturday, hit the comic books store and now he told her after this morning of disappointing the kids with only 1 and a half oreo donuts.. he was " cool on Krispy Kreme .. theyre disappointing my kids and im not cool with that ". Legit broke a grown man's spirit. Sounds weird to some.. but it was their thing... CONSISTENCY IS KEY IN ALL BUSINESSES.. THEY FAILED HERE IN MINNESOTA ALREADY ONCE.. It would be ashame and its not even the employees fault.. theyre so sweet..

So happy Krispy Kreme is back in MN. Stopped by for this evening during Hot Hours asked for Hot Glazed donuts plus tried a few different varieties. Male helping me not friendly coughing terribly no mask why do you have employees working sick? Gal ringing up could not speak good English needed help to process my order. Then they sent employee back to preparation area to get my Hot Donuts he could not get in door so had to walk back for Mgr type to let him in there. Once back there he first gave out free donuts then very slowly boxed my Hot Donuts. Then this shocked me instead of bringing them out promptly (customer svc lacking here) decided to walk down entire back row move donut racks around then went in a back room. 10 mins later finally came out with donuts I had inquired where are my donuts when he walked in back room. Terrible customer service order taker very sick, Hispanic male heavy set he sent to get the Hot Donuts took his time no sense of urgency. Very surprised these are the employees you hire to represent Krispy Kreme disappointing. During Hot Hours have better process to get the donuts to customers your employee took a long time. Liked the free Hot Donut while waiting to order.

I’ve been here 3 times now - the first time was closer to when they opened and was able get a dozen glazed donuts at their express pickup. The second time was a little less than satisfactory as their lobby was closed with no warning online and we were able to online order a dozen glazed donuts.
Today - we swung by just to see if it was busy or if the lobby was open and were happy to see it was! There was no line in drive thru or the lobby so we were happy to finally be able to go in and experience what an actual visit to Krispy Kreme was like. I was so pleasantly surprised! There were fun paper hats on the tables for everyone to take & we got to watch the donuts being made! They had the specialty donuts available at the counter & we even had the opportunity to order the donuts hot & fresh off the machine (this is not always available as they aren’t always making new donuts / don’t always have them in the right place on the line to grab them) but they were so tasty!
The staff was lovely, very kind and helpful! I’m happy to see that this location is becoming more of a normal spot rather than a constantly busy brand-new store. I was a bit worried that the store was going to stay crazy for awhile as it’s the only MN location, but it was so nice to experience it when it was more calm! Absolute kudos to the staff for powering through the madness of opening and the months following, but it’s seemingly becoming a nice spot to visit.
