They are always short staffed, long lines in both drive through and in store. The poor staff seem overworked and stressed. I live nearby so I frequent this DQ often and it’s the same each time. I ordered in the app 30 minutes ahead and the food is still never ready. Please hire more people and idk maybe pay your current crew more.
