My usual order is a Campfire Mocha with white chocolate and an extra shot, and somehow that’s become an impossible drink for them to get right. It feels like they just can’t (or won’t) make it with white chocolate — every time I bring up the incorrect drink, I’m told it’s against policy or too complicated, and I end up feeling like I’m the problem for even mentioning it. Today was another example. I ordered the same drinks I always do — three were made correctly and quickly — but the Campfire Mocha took about ten minutes longer. It looked like they had to remake it, maybe because they used the wrong chocolate again. Even then, the final drink seemed to be made with milk chocolate and missing the extra shot. It’s frustrating because instead of owning the mistake, they hand it over like I won’t notice. At this point, I’m done trying to go back and get it fixed. I’ve given this location more than enough chances, but they never take responsibility or seem willing to learn how to make the drink properly. Sadly, this might be my last visit for a Campfire Mocha with white chocolate and extra shot from this location.
