Service when I ordered was great but then it seemed that they were a little behind or got more so with a shift change. My order got lost somehow and a couple other customers had minor issues. Shout out to Sam for helping me get my order back in and she even gave me a free drink coupon in return (which wasn't necessary but appreciated). Thank you!

The irritation I have is having a fast food drive thru worker push the card scanner at me to "answer a question" when it's a request for a tip. Why? If you deserved a tip for outstanding service, I'd have given you a cash tip...otherwise NOTHING in fast food is tip worthy! Just stop already!

Tastes fine till but there was definitely more ice added and no evidence of cold foam. Didn't get a receipt but know I paid extra for something I didn't get. Love caribou but everytime I go, I never know what I will get because every drink seems to be inconsistent.
