They should spend a bit more of money training an actual cook and have real made breakfast in some, if not all locations. My matcha and coffee are both good and bad depending on the employee working.

From making sure to proactively let me know to use my points/coupons before they expire (sometimes I don’t even know I have the coupons available) to making up for long wait times, etc. They’ve got a great crew who are trying hard - thank you!
