  The food is usually good, the atmosphere is good, the problem is the teenagers that work here are jerks. They mess up your order and act like it's your fault, a mistake is one thing. But I'd say 4/5 times I go to the Fosston dq my order gets messed up. When you ask for a replacement you are answered with attitude. Lots of people around town now talk about how rude the staff is. It didn't use to be like this. Even shift leaders can be so rude. Heather is polite and is willing to fix a mess up. But they act like it's your fault after they made you repeat your order six times, wait 30 minutes, and still completely mess it up or forget things. They give you your food and immediately slam the drive thru door shut, no customer service or politeness. If you notice something is wrong while still in the drive-thru you have to go in because they won't open the door, or even say " have a good day" they just slam the window shut as soon as you have a hold on your bag of food. There's another teenager who's blonde and wears a pack at his hip, he is very polite, very kind, and he listens very well. I can't say the same for any other person that works there. I have a rude experience almost every single time I go there. I know people who used to work there and Kelly was on them about their attitude and time. Something must have changed because I have a bad experience. 80% of the time I go there. And I know several people feel the same way, they just don't feel it's worth it to write a review. Shame on the teenagers who work there for being so rude
