    Ordered for in restaurant. Wasn't offered a receipt. Asked where to stand to get food. Guy said he'd bring it out. A bit later a lady is screaming about food going cold. Find out it is ours. Had to go back to ask for the rest of our order. Asked for fork she snapped that everyone knows they are behind us, we had never been here and didn't know that.

    The employees just ignored us even though we were the only customers in the place. They were busy getting drive thru orders ready so we waited patiently. Then they argued over who had to take our order. The person who finally took our order stated the total then as I tapped my card, she turned around and walked away. No offer of a receipt. No thank-you. Nothing. The service was slow and the fries were cold. The burgers were literally dripping ketchup. We will probably never go there again. The corporate office should get involved here as this place is a poor reflection on the name.

    Horrible people with attitude issues. They forgot to put bacon on my bacon cheeseburger and when I came up to the counter they denied forgetting. Like, I'm standing here with it in my hand- do you think I'm lying? I had to take the damn burger apart to show them. They didn't offer to remake it, they just tossed two tiny pieces in a plastic container on the counter. Like, here do it yourself. Is that what I'm paying for? I go to Wendy's a lot and everywhere else they treat you better.

    Last night I ordered a Brownie Batter Frosty and a Thin Mint Frosty through DoorDash. When they arrived, they were both Thin Mint. I live close by, so I brought them back to the store and politely asked for the Brownie Batter Frosty I originally ordered. Unfortunately, they remade it… and it was again a Thin Mint Frosty. Mistakes happen, but having the same mistake happen twice after coming back to the store was really disappointing. It was a frustrating end to an already bad day.
