  Nachos were horrible. One star is too much. Threw them away. Phony cheese, not sure what the brown stuff was. I think they wanted me to think it was meat. Chips were soggy where topping touched them.

  I’ll start by saying I love Taco Bell as a whole. The company has never let me down. This location however, is terrible. Every time I eat here I get an attitude from the manager. She acts like it’s an inconvenience to do the basic functions of her job. She is rude and disrespectful. If I could give the service less than one star I would. The rest of the staff is good and will ask questions to make sure customers are getting what they asked for, but the manager could not care any less. It’s amazing she still has a job at this Taco Bell. If she hates her job so much why doesn’t she get a job somewhere else doing something else?

  Ordered food for my family, got home, and more than half of the food was missing. I called to talk to someone about it and they told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me.

  My burrito was cold my rice was undercooked, etc. etc. etc. also they didn’t fill up my nacho fries. Nacho cheese was cold.

  I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I saw the worker with my own eyes spill the food and put it right back into my quesadilla. Then I requested a new one and she was making my food and laughing and she spit in my food. Her name was Sarah and she’s a manager And even when she did bring my second quesadilla, it was all disassembled and in pieces Extremely disappointed would never recommend
