I placed an online order for three sandwiches. My time was 6:10 PM so I went to White Castle to get my grandson‘s order first my app showed My order was ready at Subway so I went over there. When I arrived, there was a lady already in front of me waiting for her order. Mine had not even been started yet. They were a little busy so I understood I was told it was gonna be a while because they were shorthanded. That was fine. I can be patient. However, the lady working behind the counter was very rude not only to the employee she was working with, but all she did was complain the whole time. When my order was ready, I told her that I hoped her night went better and again she continued to complain about how she’s quitting because she cannot be there all the time manager or not wow I just couldn’t believe it. I got home and found that my three sandwiches were sloppily put together and my sandwich was not even toasted. I’m sorry you were shorthanded, but have some work ethic. I don’t Mind waiting for a quality product. I don’t want to sit there and listen to somebody complain. About their job there’s a time in a place and complaining in front of customers is not it. I feel so sorry for the kids. She was working with. He was doing the best he could and all she did was complain about everything he He was doing. I wouldn’t have minded if she, the manager needed a step away for a minute or two to take a breather and collect herself.

Terrible food quality and preparation first off the guy put the sauce directly on the bread wich in turn made the whole sandwich soggy and fall apart apon opening when I got home wich is only 5 min away the ingredients they used where frozen i basically wasted 13 dollars on this food just to feed it to my dog

I had just walked in the door to order my sandwich and the older jentleman (I couldnt catch his NamePlate) who was working had a real nasty attitude towards me and swearing under his breath as he walked into the back just because he didnt want to pull out supplies and was trying to demand i order something else. If it wasnt for Jr. (The other staff member) helping me out with a smile on his face i would not have ordered and left the moment i started getting bad service. The older staff should be leading by example but instead choose to act poorly towards customers.

I picked up my online order last night around 7:30pm. Thankfully, I checked my order before leaving, because I was missing chips, cookies, and drinks. I asked the employee at the register for my cups and cookies, which he provided... eventually. He took his sweet time bagging up the cookies and almost added them to the order of the customer behind me. When I went to fill my soda, there were fruit flies all over the fountain pop dispenser 🤢 As I was filling my soda, another customer came in the door, and one of the employees instantly and rudely said, "just so you know, its going to be awhile. We have online orders ahead of you". And then moments later, that same employee handed all the online order slips to the other employee and said "here, you have to handle these. I need to go take a breather"... all together, unprofessional.
When I got home, I realized that 2 out of 4 of my sandwiches were completely incorrect. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, not toasted, etc... perhaps someone else's order? I headed back to Subway to ask them to remake my sandwiches, but doors were locked and open sign was turned off. Google says they close at 9:30pm... I arrived at 8:04pm. The employees were still in there cleaning, but ran to the back when they saw me through the window.

Not trying to be a dick....but Mark and Adam should not be working in a subway. I have never had the laziest and sloppiest sandwiches made. I could have had a 10 year old go behind the counter and do better.
