  My expectations are fairly low with Subway, so kudos to this place for lowering the bar even further. First, the kid working the counter was moving at the speed of government; it took 15 minutes to make three six inch sandwiches. I assume he was a trainee, but still… Also, the egg patties on all the sandwiches were half frozen. And lastly he put way too much salt and pepper on the sandwiches.

  This subway is the slowest I have went to, they hire some very interesting people. They put barely anything on your sub and you have to ask for more. Definitely not a fan of this location, the people hate there jobs.

  I hope you know what ingredients it takes to make your sandwich, because the people working here surely don’t. I ordered a Turhamken. Neither of the two guys making sandwiches had ever heard of it. I hadn’t heard of it either, that’s why I ordered it. Joe’s belly was dragging across the prep surface. Yum. Don’t mind the sticky floor, it helps with traction.

  I placed an online order for three sandwiches. My time was 6:10 PM so I went to White Castle to get my grandson‘s order first my app showed My order was ready at Subway so I went over there. When I arrived, there was a lady already in front of me waiting for her order. Mine had not even been started yet. They were a little busy so I understood I was told it was gonna be a while because they were shorthanded. That was fine. I can be patient. However, the lady working behind the counter was very rude not only to the employee she was working with, but all she did was complain the whole time. When my order was ready, I told her that I hoped her night went better and again she continued to complain about how she’s quitting because she cannot be there all the time manager or not wow I just couldn’t believe it. I got home and found that my three sandwiches were sloppily put together and my sandwich was not even toasted. I’m sorry you were shorthanded, but have some work ethic. I don’t Mind waiting for a quality product. I don’t want to sit there and listen to somebody complain. About their job there’s a time in a place and complaining in front of customers is not it. I feel so sorry for the kids. She was working with. He was doing the best he could and all she did was complain about everything he He was doing. I wouldn’t have minded if she, the manager needed a step away for a minute or two to take a breather and collect herself.
