I place a mobile order for pizza for a delivery at 5:30 PM, received a confirmation of my order and proceeded to drive home. I get a Ring notification at 4:30 PM that let me know Pizza Hut delivered my food an hour early and left all of the food on my front step. I called the location and explained what had happened and would like new food to be made and sent hopefully before 6:00 PM to feed 5 hungry kids. Even offered to exchange the cold food for the fresh food. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone all of which took my information and assured me that they would get this done for me and I thanked all of them. The store manager gets on the phone and tells me I need to pay them another $80 to make the food and have it delivered and blamed me for the order intake problem on their end. The phone ended with her cussing me out and hanging up the phone. I drove to the Forest Lake location and apologized for my tone of voice and proceeded to show her both the pizza Hut app AND my copy of the email receipt that shows they delivered my food an hour early and could now not be consumed. She proceeded to cuss me out again and told me it's my fault for the way the order receipt printed off in their store. The store refused to remake my food and refused to give me a refund. I called my bank and reported the charge as fraud and reported the location to the police for theft. Been a loyal customer for years. Deleting the app and never ordering again.
