The girl just looked at me and gave me a dirty look. I gave her my order name and then she didn’t understand what I was saying so I had to practically spell it out for her and then she turns around and grabs a bag and practically throws it in my face in my vehicle and didn’t say one word not a thank you have a nice night or nothing. I’m very angry by the way that customer service is not even a thing in the year 2026 and it’s utterly ridiculous

The line was so bad because the 1 person doing mobile orders was slower than a turtle, and sometimes went missing. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before being talked too, she said “it’s not ready yet” turned her back and that was my detailed update. Ended up having to leave due to time, but management needs to hire better staff instead of this (I’m slow, you can wait and I’m gonna just ignore you) that attitude and work ethic is trash.
