  I made an order online for delivery. I got my order delivered in a timely manner but no receipt was given. When I take my pizza in to enjoy with my kids come to find out one of the pizzas is not what I intended on ordering. I called to have the order fixed, was told it'd take another 30 minutes to send out the food. Just to only fix half the order and show me a receipt of where I "didnt" press pepperoni (when I know i did yet stuck with a cheese pizza...) Still would've paid the difference to have a correct pizza sent out but wasn't asked, nor did they send what I was asking for. Just 1/2 mistake was fixed (other problem was receiving parm bites with icing when it was supposed to be cinnamon bites) I got the cinnamon bites delivered... when I called for the third time asking why my pep pizza wasn't sent the manager wanted to argue rather than fixing the mistake to satisfy me as a customer. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. not often do I order pizza for me to enjoy with my family. But never again with this location. Ill drive the extra mile to pick up the correct food next time in forest lake.

  I’ve had two separate bad delivery experiences with this Domino's Pizza location (Store #1989). On my first order, I clearly wrote in the delivery instructions: “Leave at door – do not knock or ring doorbell.” The driver ignored that, repeatedly knocked and rang the doorbell until I came to the door. When I opened it, he tried to get me to sign a receipt and then told me that “normally you leave a tip” because that’s how drivers make their money. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The owner replied to my review asking me to email them my order details so they could investigate. I did exactly that and sent my receipt and order information, but never received any response. I decided to give them another chance later. I again left the same instructions to leave the order at the door, but the driver rang the doorbell, stood outside holding the pizza, then went back to their car and sat in my driveway for about 10 minutes instead of completing the delivery. I had to call the store myself just to ask what was going on, and they couldn’t give a clear explanation. I ended up cancelling the order. Two experiences like this is enough for me. Very disappointing service.

  We ordered a 7 topping pizza at 8:30 on Saturday evening and all the meat toppings were charred black. I am shocked you would actually give this to a customer!

  We just ordered at the forest lake store..the pizza was so good!! Really just delicious!! The delivery driver was fast and polite!! Our pizza was hot!! Perfect...

  I've been a customer at the Forest Lake Dominoes for 25 years. A frequent customer. I am now handicapped and have trouble getting up stairs. For years, delivery persons have opened my front door and set food inside door. There have been times when drivers weren't comfortable doing that so they called or knocked and I came to door. Tonight I called after pizza hadn't arrived. About 625pm. Turns out pizza was delivered 541pm. Driver left it on a patio table 25 ft from my front door. No text, no call, no knock on door. Nothing. So I spoke to manager. She has "the sigh" in her voice, tells me drivers shouldn't come in the house, I explain its not coming in the house but if driver was uncomfortable why didnt he call or knock? She says he probably did, calling me a liar. Even though the order was sitting on a table 25ft from my front door. She begrudged redoing the order, getting "bigger sigh". I finally said forget it. Refund the whole order. I will never order from this Dominoes again. They apparently don't need the 80 to 100 bucks I spent there monthly. Pizza Hut, here I come! If you can't give respectful customer service, I dont need your food.
