    My pizza tracker said my pizza was ready. They couldn't find it and said the tracker wasn't accurate. Finally, I saw a guy in the back open up a pizza box, put pineapple onto the pizza, and close the box. He walked to the front and handed me my pizza they "found." It was never lost. They messed it up, "lost" it, and then were dishonest. I stopped back later when it wasn't busy. "We're sorry" was their full response. All they had to do was say they made a mistake.
