This is the opposite of fast food. I enjoy the options and everything I get, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes for some ice cream and a burger. The young ladies that work here are wonderful but the people working around lunchtime and those young boys are just plain rude.

There are so many problems with this DQ. The manager is rude. The food prep area is dirty and unkept. IThey work very slow. It's inconsistent. Drive through gets the order wrong. The customer is always wrong.

The Fergus DQ is always pretty consistent for us. Nothing better than a cold DQ treat on a hot day!
