  Would not recommend Chipotle on lunch for work, I ordered my food 2 hours in advance for pickup and have been sitting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes and may not even make it back to work before patients start showing up. Everyone going inside is being served first. My food was like warm borderline cold by the time I got it. 45 minutes total spent waiting in drive-thru and can't eat lunch now.Crazy! EDIT: Even though I had to refrigerate and eat it later, it was still amazing

  Drive up lane took forever even though we ordered ahead. Others were getting out of their vehicles, ordering inside and getting their food quicker then the pre-orders. Customer service was friendly and food was good however.

  Food definitely passed the quality test. The service was top-tier, even during a busy time. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my order, but the staff stayed very polite and attentive throughout. The interior is also really well-designed and creates a great vibe.

  No coins in the register... everyone that orders today will be losing money! I lost over 50 cents... not that difficult to tell ur boss you need coins in the till. Also there was lettuce all over the lobby floor and tables. :/

  Food was good. El Pastor chicken was good and spicy. The steak was okay - it was a bit too fatty, but tasted fine. My only real complaint was that the fajita vegetables had a weird taste like there was a chemical mixed in with them. I had to pick them out of my bowl. Everything tasted good after that. The pico was delicious and the chicken was very tasty. The queso and chips are pretty good, but I am not sure they are worth the price. A small dipping cup of queso with chips is nearly $5. Overall, I will be back. The food and service was good and I will definitely eat here more. It was just over $20 per person for an entree, side, and drink.
