I do wish this location had an additional display in the drive thru with the menu so people could look at it while they wait to order.

The quesadilla I got wasn’t even cut fully , was smashed & a mess out the box. seems like robots are making the food. I did call the store again manger told me to come back up to get it made right which first of all it should be made right the first time - if I pay for something I should get it the first time or made correctly the first time shouldn’t have “to come back up to the store” after I complain. I even ask the lady at the window “ is it all correct this time” she reply’s “should be if not you can yell at me” what kind of service is that? EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL I AM MISSING AT LEAST 1 or more items depends on what is ordered!! The nacho Doritos loco taco was smash & broken in to pieces , barley any chicken ( was subbed ) & ordered 2 Beef Chalupa’s only got 1 ( $7 each btw ) - did call the store & did receive the 2nd Chalupa but under a attitude! If we pay for something we expect it to be correct the first time. Btw I’m not usually the one to leave reviews! Something needs to change.

The Baja blast was melted by the time I got home and the other Baja blast was for somebody else so they didn’t even get theirs because it was all melted and they said it did not taste good this was around 5:30 PM to 6 PM
