    I am normally a big JJ advocate and will go out of my way to go there over other options when traveling. Well convinced my wife to go to JJ over Culvers on our journey home on I35. She ordered a beach club which is supposed to have Avocado and Turkey on the sandwich. Well 15 minutes down the road once getting settled she goes to eat here sandwich and these items were completely overlooked... needless to say it was a miserable remaining drive home. How do you forget the primary ingredients in a sandwich?!

    The only issue i have is the delivery they are slow normally, but sometimes they deliver through door dash and I dont get to see my food for an hour and a half

    Ordered a turkey tom and there was no turkey on the sandwich…what are you doing! Tried to make complaint and website said my email wasn’t compatible. Nice thanks jimmy Johns Faribault definitely going back to jersey mikes

    I ordered a three-cheese pizza sub as comfort food when I was sick. I got home and they charged me for and gave me Sicilian so I was left hungry and miserable because I can’t eat meat. Reached out to JJ thinking they could make it right because mistakes happen, but their response was basically “Sorry but you ordered it.” Customer service 0/10. Waste of $10 on a sub no one even ate. Not returning.
