Ordered a turkey tom and there was no turkey on the sandwich…what are you doing! Tried to make complaint and website said my email wasn’t compatible. Nice thanks jimmy Johns Faribault definitely going back to jersey mikes

I ordered a three-cheese pizza sub as comfort food when I was sick. I got home and they charged me for and gave me Sicilian so I was left hungry and miserable because I can’t eat meat. Reached out to JJ thinking they could make it right because mistakes happen, but their response was basically “Sorry but you ordered it.” Customer service 0/10. Waste of $10 on a sub no one even ate. Not returning.

Horribly long wait times at drive thru. Not sure why someone would wait 12-14 minutes for 1 sub. They won’t even acknowledge you at drive thru speaker for a couple of minutes. This place is horrible
