Ive had several orders wrong and when i call to explain what happened they have attitudes and hang up! Ive also had them deliver my food and leave it on the ground outside my house without knocking! I evan had to speak to the general manager because i seen a unusal charge on my credit card where one of the workers took it upon themselfs to fraudulenty add a “tip”. Thats illegal! And when i called to compalin about the extra charge they question me as if i added it! When i was never handed a receipt to begin with! I gave them several chances after it and honestly im so disgusted with the customer service at this point the people who work there just dont care. They dont pay attention to the orders then when you try to call and explain what is wrong they act like its your fault I understand mistakes happen. But this is ridiculous! DO Not eat here!
