I was stoked that a growing and well branded organization was coming to ER.. this place needs to get a manager that has ran a successful store to get in here because it will absolutely crush it with good management. Wait time was a huge issue but I can overlook that but I will mention- first time we went we waited an hour for our food.. it was 1month after grand opening so I was understanding (sort of). 2nd time going we ordered ahead to skip waiting In store. When getting there. The 4 drinks we paid for were not able to be supplied as their soda machine was broken. He couldn’t refund it because there was no manager on duty so I asked if we could just have a bottled water from the stocked fridge behind him. The gentleman behind the counter was mentally challenged (which I support 100%) but he lacked the common sense and wanted to charge us for the waters (he’s just trying to do his job the best he knew how). So this isn’t an employee issue as much as it is a management issue. He or for that fact no one should be left in the store alone. There were 2 cooks and gentlemen at the counter. We ended up waiting in the store that day 40 mins as well 😬. Wingstop needs to get this turned around!

Here's a tip to the owners, if you dont want people refunding orders. DONT GIVE THEM NEARLY EMPTY SODA, WRONG KINDS OF WINGS AND DONT JUST THROW THE FRIES INTO THE BAG SO THE SPILL ALL OVER THE BAGS. But no it's the customers fault you guys have no quality control.

I went into the store the day after and without taking any info on the order they said I would get a refund within 5 days, but I never did. Edit, I reached out to them again and they resolved the issue and I got a refund. It was a delivery problem not the restaurant. The food is good and I will continue to order here. Thank you!
