  Haven't gone to TB for some years. This week I stopped at TB twice, 2 different locations. (Elk River and Rogers.) Ordered Chalupas both times. Chalupa shells seemed to be several days old. Both chalupa orders were cold, very little meat (chicken). The Elk River location had the chalups contents dumped out in the bag. Quality has gone WAY down over a few years. The staffs seemed cordial. Probably won't stop at TB for a few more years. TACO BELL needs to DO BETTER!!!!!

  Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 3 items that came to $10.32 I paid with a $20 she give me my .68 cents in change closed the window leaving me wondering if she was going to give me my $9 out of the rest of the $20 as she continued she closed the window, went and got my food. Gave it to me and thanked me and I asked her where's the rest of my change and she goes. Oh did I forget a dollar with me stating no you forgot $9. Seems like a scam system from these teenagers working there. Sorry but doesn't even deserve one star. Consider more honest staff. I've worked in food service half my life and I would never do that to someone. And no it's not an honest mistake she knew what she was doing.
