  They messed up on my order had a two spicy chicken things and one was correct the other had some green nasty stuff on it and the chicken quesadilla looked like they didn't care and just plopped it in the bag it was just a mess boyfriend went in calmly to ask what was up with his order and they got mad and followed him outside and wanting to fight about it like come on now Taco John's get it together never had issues with you guys 🤦‍♀️

  Always my favorite taco bell. Despite being pretty busy tonight when I came through drivethru and had to be that person who had 2 mobile orders, they made everything correct and got it out as quickly as they could, tonight's crew was genuinely amazing and I appreciate all of you!

  Not a good experience tonight at our local Taco Bell. The cashier Bianca J (on the receipt) *has red hair* scoffed at us for having 17 $1 bills and 2 $5’s for a $27 Order. Upset she had to count out bills as the cashier. Then we get our order and one of our crispy chicken tacos had ONE baby nugget in the middle and a beef stacker when opened had less than a tablespoon of meat. It’s just disappointing all around with the full experience. Yea, it might be fast food and a $2.50 taco but we didn’t pay $2.50 to eat a taco shell and money is money. We didn’t show up with handfuls of change. It takes seconds to count 17 ones. Breathe. If you don’t want to work on New Year’s Eve then request it off ahead of time with your manager.

  Came in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. The ordering kiosks makes it easy to customize your order. Was able to charge my cell phone while I was eating. Lobby was clean and warm. Food was ready fast. Employees seemed friendly. Customer service was on point. No complaints.
