  I order for delivery's from this location frequently through the subway app when I am at work and they are top notch 👌 Door dash drivers have been forgetting my drinks recently, and only one veer went back to get my drinks while the others said tough luck. The folks at Subway helped me get the Orange juice from my last order with my order today and i am super grateful for that 💜 Keep up the awesome work and thank you again!

  Sandwiches seem to have been made by someone who has never had a sandwich before. Unless they like them soggy is sauce?

  Was at this location yesterday around 3pm and the ladies that were working were super nice even though the lady in front of me was really rude. She asked for a 6in the lady pulls one out, the lady in front of me rudely states that she doesn’t want a kid sandwich and would like to see the difference so the employee pulls out three different sizes and as someone who has worked at a subway in the past I could see the difference anyway the worker then politely explains the difference between the sandwiches then proceeds to follow the customers request cuts a new 6inch then gets told she rather have a footlong so the worker makes the food and was polite the entire time I love this location.

  I went to this location for lunch and they were busy but the three ladies that were handling the rush did an amazing job they were fast and efficient one was making the sandwiches the second one was finishing them up and the third one was ringing and I’ve seen a rush go so smooth. They definitely had great communication and teamwork 10/10 would recommend

  Every single time I go to this subway location something is wrong with my sandwich. The last time my bread was completely falling apart and they were gonna give it to me that way!! I had to say something to get it fixed and then this time. They tried giving me almost the size of a kids meal sandwich when I asked for a 6 inch. When I spoke up about it she grabbed a pre cut kids sandwich to try and show me it was more than that. Mind you I go to subway damn near everyday and get a 6 inch from all kinds of locations and only this one I’ve had this many issues with. She was rude and refused to cut me a new 6 inch so I ended up having to buy a footlong. After seeing the footlong you could easily tell that other sandwich was in fact not half of a footlong. They always half ass the sandwiches even though there wasn’t anyone behind me. I am not gonna be paying $10 for a 6 inch that isn’t even the right size and is made poorly. Last time I ever go to elk river subway on Zane st I wouldn’t recommend it and if you do make sure you know how to speak up for urself because they don’t care enough to just make it correctly.
