Owner could have had the older gentleman and one other employee on staff to maximize profits.

The cashier informed me on arrival the order was being worked on. 10min went by and no word on my order. It wasn't until someone asked where the doordash order was when the cashier stated she had not put it in, which meant a further delay. At the end of the day this affects my time and money for picking up other orders and affects the customer who placed the order. I'm hoping she was just having g a bad day but communication and follow through seemed far off from the norm.
