  Wow! Elk River Chipotle management watch your cameras from the evening of 10/18/2025. I was in about 8:15-8:30pm. The garbages were over flowing , the bathrooms were disgusting, the line was dirty, out of food with no intentions of making more , incompetent staff, just overall he worst food experience I’ve ever had . We were at a store down the strip with intentions of coming to chipotle for dinner . My kids needed to use the rest room so my husband brought them down and said that the bathrooms were disgusting , and there was trash spilling out on the floor in the restaurant. I arrived a bit later , we go to order our food, out of black beans , not making fresh just out . Okay we still continue to order, however we did she some people walk out after being told they were out of items. Our food makes it to a young women who is placing the toppings in our bowls . Boy am I glad I didn’t get a burrito, her gloves were FILTHY. Between ever order she would run her hand along the messy full of cream cheese and queso line, then proceed to make food and touch the cheese and lettuce with her gross glove. Her gloves were so dirty, after she put the lids on the food she would have to wipe the lid off in order to write on the lid . I don’t think She never once changed her gloves in the half hour we were in there. After the line died down, she was apparently board, and was using those same disgusting gloves to grope the pile of tortillas on the counter at the head of the line. I know that sounds dramatic, but she was literally rubbing her hands over the entire stack, rolling them, folding them, I’m not sure what she was doing but it went on for about 10 minutes , before and after customers . After that she was slouched over the counter mindlessly “stirring” food to pass time . Our food was sub par, the rice , which is a new thing I’ve noticed in other recent visits, was a bit crunchy. Similar to rice that has been refrigerated and rewarmed. I really hope that’s not the case , as we all know rice starts becoming toxic within hours . Gross . My husband got hardly any meat in his bowl. A quarter of my meat was wrapped up in a hunk of meat that was not cut fully. I attempted to pull it apart myself and found that the reason it wasn’t cut is cause it was to tough and grossly to get through. I will absolutely not be back to this chipotle unless I hear it’s turned around . I would much rather drive the 5 extra miles into Roger’s than experience this disgrace again. Chipotle used to be amazing every time, now it’s a hit or miss as to if it’s going to be edible . For the price of going out for a sit down meal? This is absolutely unacceptable.

  Why do you make it impossible to refund an order!? You cannot steal my money from me if I did not get my food or quality food. "Pepper" does not help in the slightest, there are no "live representatives", and you get directed to those devices when you attempt to call the store. I've had this happen many times and it's ridiculous

  The manager who clearly runs the place gate keeps the food like it’s coming out of her own fridge. The smallest portions known to man. No one is friendly. No one says hi. Ice machine is down. Please get rid of the lady running the show. She’s there everyday and is clearly not good at her job. Overall dirty as well, floors, tables etc.

  I ordered a chicken bowl. The portion of rice and chicken were very small and on top of that the worker needed to scrape the bottom of the pan. It wasn't even a full scoop and the chicken was dry and no full pieces. I also purchased a soda and discovered the ice machine was out of order. I decided to go ahead and get the soda and would add ice at home. It turns out the soda was flat. I'm done with Chipotle! This location takes their customers for granted and rests on their name. You need to do better!!!
