    Honestly, I have never ate at a BWW that wasn't just mediocre. Food always comes out after a long wait You would think after it took so long the food would be hot but it isn't. Cold sauce. Cold wings. Burgers are super greasy. Wraps and potato wedges are good. Sauces taste good. But everything else is simply mediocre. For awhile, they changed their policies and we're serving food when it's ready so your food was hot. But that practice is now gone. Servers have absolutely no urgency to their work performance. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice. But attentiveness with drinks is lackluster. You seen to never be able to find them for refills, napkins, or condiments. People will go back to BWW's because of the flavor and amount of TV's for game day. But I wish they would up their game. If Wing Stop had TV's they would now BWW's outta the water. They do however offer military discount.
