  Took 15 minutes to get a drink only. App would not work so I couldn't even use my free drink reward

  This is one of the slowest McDonalds you’ll find. If there are 5 customers/orders or more everything slows down to a standstill and it moves like a turtle. You’ll wait extended periods because people in the kitchen are extremely slow. The question is what happens if 20-30 orders hit the kitchen all at once. I’m sure some of the workers in the kitchen are working hard but some workers are moving around slow and you can tell they are not happy. Maybe it’s lack of proper training to dead with more than 5 orders at the same time. The drive thru is even slower. Find a different McDonald’s in my opinion.

  They mess up my order I paid $40 for them to give me more fries then I ordered them proceeded to not give me my 20 nuggets that I paid for. And when I attempted to ask questions they elevated their voices and cut me off several times

  It seems like McDonald's is moving away from actual customer service to self-serve. I'm not a big fan of the kiosks. The employees were pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant seemed relatively clean. The bathroom was extremely cold, including the hand dryer, which blew cold air. It just wasn't a super comfortable experience. The food was consistent with other McDonald's, as expected.
