- JKJulie KellyMar 31, 20262.0We came from out of town with friends and ordered as a group. My family always enjoys Sesame chicken but we were disappointed that this one was spicy and dry. We order this from numerous Chinese places and never has it tasted like how this place does it. Disappointing. We are not a family who likes spice. It’s marked on menu as spice but our friends ordered and didn’t notice. We just told them what traditionally we like. We also ordered cashew chicken which was different with all the peppers and broccoli. (Best cashew chicken is Yen Ching in Milwaukee). There was no Crab Rangoon on the menu, but the cheese cheese puffs were a good alternative. We’ve never seen that on a Chinese menu before either. In Milwaukee, our Chinese restaurants are totally different than Leann’s.

It was like they were counting the individual pieces of chicken they were putting on the plate as they were building my order. I get that places are trying to squeeze every penny they can, but this location takes it too far. Look elsewhere, at least for now.
