They are the worst at listening and they really need to change their business tactics to actually listen to the people when they order what a waste of money.

I did tell him to speak up after I got to the window. He said okay. Anyways, ordered 2 chicken quesadillas add jalapeño’s. This was the DRYEST most hard quesadilla. The chicken inside was dry as all get out. The tortilla was HARD. Like crunching on bricks. I was so upset.

I have a taco bell right down the street in EP and id still choose Edina over anything. I have only ever gotten delivery so i cant speak on anything else. That being said, even with it being delivered it still tastes so good?! Never eating EP tbell again.
