Long overdue, but after visiting here multiple times, I figured I should give readers an idea of what to expect upon visiting here. I have been here three times in 2021 and 2022 and have always had brunch, and overall I liked their food. It was already not that affordable during that time, so one can imagine how much more dishes cost now. There was clearly a reason that the RH Scramble stayed on the menu for many years and I could attest to it. The scrambled eggs were very tender and flavorful, and abundant in amount. I could taste that they added crème fraîche and I knew that made a difference. Having a piece of avocado next to the eggs was a huge plus, too. The shaved ribeye on charred garlic bread dish was great as well, with the ribeye cooked to medium and remained juicy, making the entire sandwich a rich and pleasant one. The avocado toast leaned towards the simple side because there was a poached egg on the side, which I thought was a good enough idea. The potato purée had good soft texture but was too buttery in taste. Almost every other side dish, from the truffle fries to the charred broccolini to the wild mushrooms, were way too salty, and the vegetables were pretty dry. It was clear what dishes the establishment had chosen to prioritize. One highlight worth mentioning was that the decoration was one of the fanciest I have seen in the cities, with chandeliers on the ceiling and everything in the room looking like quartz or silver, to the point that when I first came here for brunch, my friends and I all decided to dress up.

Friendly staff, good food, and a nice atmosphere. I just wish the menu had a few more options, it’s a bit limited. But I’ll definitely be coming back!

absolutely love Restoration Hardware as a brand and a store — their design and atmosphere are stunning. But as a restaurant, it’s simply overpriced. I’ve been there multiple times, and every time I leave feeling the same way: the food is just average. There’s really nothing special about it, especially for the price you pay. You can easily find better-tasting food elsewhere for much less. Yes, the atmosphere is beautiful — that’s the highlight — but during my last visit (early November), it was freezing inside. The AC was blasting, and my friends and I could barely enjoy our meal because it was so cold. Overall, it’s a great place to look at, not to dine in. Would I go back? Probably not.

We celebrated our first anniversary here, and everything was simply perfect. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were greeted with a cheerful ‘Welcome, happy anniversary!’ and the service was impeccable throughout the evening. Every detail made the experience memorable. I highly recommend this place — my husband and I left with our hearts full and expectations exceeded.

This place is very beautiful and amazingly decorated all around. It’s a nice feeling being there. But, the food does not match the ambiance. First, they don’t have an open bar. You’re a limited to a few cocktails from their list. We ordered a simple cocktail that any small restaurant or bar could have done (or at least attempted to do) was denied. Second, the variety of foods are not the best and frankly don’t match the vibe of the restaurant. I would never thought a place like this would have a fried chicken sandwich just like the one Popeyes or KFC serves. The bread on the shaved ribeye sandwich is hard (as in hurts your teeth kind of hard). I don’t know, I just imagined the foods were good and fancy since the restaurant “looks” fancy, but it might all be a facade. Third, everything is expensive but not really worth it for the price. $24 for a Popeyes sandwich with a $12 side of fries, $34 for a steak sandwich, $29 for a bagel!?!? We had a birthday group of 12 and we would have been charged $120 ($10 per person) just for bringing our own cake, just brought it back to the car. But for your birthday, they give you a STALE cookie though with a candle :). Service was simple, nothing more than a little passive aggressive treatment here and there, but got the job done. The booth we were sitting smelled like urine. I’m not sure if it was actual urine or it was something else’s but it was an odor hard to forget about. It was the far corner table on the left side of the restaurant if you’re looking from the stairs. Overall, the vibe is great, but it’s not matched by the mediocre “bougie fast food” food they offer. Unless you get the caviar, all other options are mid and nothing that surprises anyone. I went with high expectations, and left very disappointed after spending a lot of money that could have been spent way better at another restaurant or any tavern in Edina. Think again before heading there, don’t fall for the decorations thinking the food is worth it.
