  We left feeling really uncomfortable with how we weee treated. The waitress was curt, dismissive, and noticeably warmer toward other customers. The difference in treatment felt personal and carried an undertone of racial bias. That’s not something anyone should have to experience while simply trying to enjoy a meal.

  The atmosphere is wonderful. Beyond that, there are not many other positive aspects. The fish was grossly under seasoned, portions are extremely small for the price you pay, drinks we ordered were forgotten, service was extremely slow and an app we ordered came out after we had finished our meal. Not a fan.

  I just took my wife to McCormick’s for Valentine’s Day. The meal was excellent, our server was excellent. It then dawned on me…i have always really enjoyed my visits at McCormicks but never left a review. I can truly say it is in my top five places to eat. I have the crusted walleye and my wife had a steak. Both were cooked to perfection. Then we had a desert some kind of chocolate desert with dark chocolate formed in the shape of a shopping bag with custard and berries inside. OHH IT WAS SO GOOD.

  Been here many years to celebrate Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, this year was pretty terrible. Most likely we will go someplace else next year. Our server was so bad and had an attitude. Don't know why she even works there if she's doesn't like to serve people. Yes, Valentine's Day is very busy but still did not deserve to be treated with an attitude especially when we spent around $300 dollars. Something as simple as a bread basked was an issue for the server even though all tables were supposed to get one. Server looked disgusted that we asked for this. Our food came out at different times (3 of us) so we didn't really eat together. Had to go to the front desk to pay our bill because the server disappeared (after waiting 25 minutes to pay). I mentioned this to a manager which she replied that 'they' were really busy, justifying what we experienced was acceptable.

  If you have hours of spare time, like your drinks watered down, goopy risotto and a place where service is an afterthought, than this is a place for you. We waited a solid 30 minutes to get one drink menu for 2 people and then 15 more minutes to order a drink and then 15 more minutes to be told that they were out of a drink! How do you run out of a cocktail? It was at least an hour before I got my watered down drink and my fiancee got hers 20 minutes later. The server was barely visible in the room to ask any questions and didn't appear knowledgeable about the menu. Don't waste your time coming here. The menu looked really good but the execution was hit or miss. The appetizers were great and that stuffed salmon was delicious. However, the sea bass was sub par and the mushroom risotto tasted like a goopy dry paste that was cooked a week ago and microwaved 18 times before it was served. This was all on Valentine's day. Yuk.
