  The tall man of advanced age absolutely should not be dealing with customers. When I arrived he was on the phone with a door dash customer, as the courier was waiting for him to release the food. The employee was flustered and confused so it took extra time for him to figure it out. Once he figured it out, he loudly berated the courier, in front of a lot of customers as this was dinner time. As a former door dash courier I am offended and appalled at the employee's audacity to chastise the courier for one, for two he did it loudly and publicly in front of customers and three, the employee had no idea what he was talking about! Clearly he has no knowledge of how door dash even works. The delivery was going to be late. How do I know? The whole restaurant knew. The employee has no idea how long it took door dash to find a courier to pick up the order. Often if there's no tip, or during peak hours, they can't find a driver to take it. And this is not a hot area so there will be less couriers around. Anyways, everyone in the place was uncomfortable, and he was getting short with his colleagues. Put him in the back somewhere. No one needs this. Happy New Year!

  I visited today and enjoyed the food, but the experience was completely ruined by the management. I asked a worker for a lid for my leftovers, and the manager stepped in, was incredibly rude, and actually SHOUTED at me, questioning 'what for.' It is absurd and frankly ridiculous to be interrogated and yelled at by a manager over a standard request for a container. The place was already chaotic and overpriced, but the hostile treatment from leadership is why I will not be going back. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

  Some of the food was just freshly made, but some of the food looked like it might have been there a little bit. It didn't look necessarily bad, and my partner and his mom and I went around 3pm, which is past the main and popular part of lunch. The Lo Mein was just freshly made, and I really enjoyed it. I felt like $44 for Chinese food is overpriced, but I am also not the biggest fan of the flavor of LeeAnn Chin, which is more of a personal preference. My entire party loved it though. I guess for me I just wasn't impressed by the lack of freshness, repeating my order more than once and the flavor. I only go here when other people want to. The restaurant is fairly clean and quiet though.

  Where do I start? First I'll begin by saying how friendly everyone is here! The food is always fresh and delicious!😋 I love that they have vegan/ vegetarian options. The firecracker tofu is so yummy! Excellent customer service!
