  Went here for the first time and go the Sando (hot) and Loaded Mac and Cheese (medium). The portions were huge and tasted great! The medium wasn't very spicy, but the hot had good amount of heat--I like spicy. Service was strong.

  Ordered hot and hot regular chicken with no seasoning. Service was terrible. Will take the extra drive to the Inver Grove Heights location. Much better experience

  I had a coupon and was excited to try this place. When ordering on the app after I put my card info in it automatically placed the order before applying the coupon. My husband went to pick up the food and tried to explain what happened to an employee. They were pretty rude but eventually were able to refund the order and charge us after using the coupon. After the interaction they started to talk poorly of him in Spanish, which he is fluent in so he understood all of it. Once finally getting our food, the chicken was very stringy and had a weird texture. I ended up throwing it out. This was a very disappointing experience and I will not be back. I’d recommend sticking with Dave’s Hot Chicken

  I rarely eat fast-food but this wasn't bad - pretty decent and I like the dry rub in the wings.

  The portion sizes at this restaurant are deceptive. Although you’re advertised an 8-ounce sandwich, it’s actually less. Furthermore, ordering a 3-piece sandwich only gets you two pieces.
