  The remodeled restaurant creates a nice atmosphere, and they have a ton of TVs to watch sports! The food was very good and the service was friendly and prompt. The large selection of arcade games is awesome 😎

  I never actually like to give bad reviews but this was awful. It first took us 5 minutes to get checked in at 5:30 for what we thought would be a nice happy hour catching up. Once we got seated it was another 10 minutes before anyone came over to help us and it was only after my friend went to the bar , the employee appeared at the table. She then proceeded to ring in the wrong wine for my friend which was NASTY. The manager who came over didn’t apologize or anything. He simply said “what’s the problem”. When it was time to pay , she didn’t even put the tablet in payment mode and luckily we figured out how to get it to that screen. She dropped off the tablet to pay and we didn’t see her again. This was the first time there in years and I hate to say it , but it will be my last. $22 for two 22 ounce Modelos with what is probably the poorest service I’ve ever had anywhere will scare you away !

  We frequent this location every time we come to town and are always pleased with the immediate service and friendly hospitality. The game prices are fair and offer a wide variety as well. All in all, its a great place for a family to spend time at.

  Fun games but many multi-player games had issues including, Luigi's Mansion 3, Aliens, Pac-Man, Hot wheels and others. When the games worked, they were fun. The service was a little slow to get to us to start. The food was okay. The nachos were absolute garbage. Chips with a 1/4 cup of chicken and a 1/4 cup (if that) of queso with a sprinkle of Pico for $17, LOL. I highly recommend not getting those. The mini burgers were delicious though.

  Let me share what a dumpster fire this place has become. We ordered a steak for our kid. the pink haired server brings it out and doesn't bring him a knife. As he battles to cut the hard steak with a butter knife its slides off the table on to the floor after a couple of bits. We ask the server if we can get another one because of the incident. She says No, not for steak. WOW, never in our life have we had such terrible service. We spend $300 over 6 people not including games. But a remade steak that cost $10 but they charge $40 is too much for them. Also their card system wasn't working property and the bills got all messed up any way. Whose is the Bernal manager here? Why is there no accountability? Is this place ran so poorly that a $10 steak to a KID is Waaaaay too much for Dave and Busters? Absolutely terrible management!
