  We go here a lot because of the arcade. Never had much luck at the restaurant. Service is slow to almost nonexistent unless its busy. And when its busy its a struggle to get simple refills, unless your there for the bar. As for the arcade, the prizes are pretty good for the area, but there tickets prices have shot up a lot. We usually go on half price Sundays fun days, but they are lieing about it being half off. Over half their machines are the same price as the weekdays. I dont know if this is on purpose or if they just dont care to keep track. But if your going to commercial half prices, it damn well better be. Otherwise your false advertising and stealing. Its quickly becoming a scam. Let's mention their app. We are top tier members and have won every single thing possible on the app. We are suppose to get better prices for being loyal customers. Yet we havent gotten those discounts for a while now. Only thing I can say thats positive at this point, is that the holiday gift sent by mail for being loyal customers was a nice surprise. Simple items, but a sign of appreciation that was appreciated right back.

  We had a party of 10 adults for a work Christmas party, rented a party bus and thought it would be a great time! The drinks were actually the best part of our experience. We were told our food platters would feed 7 people so with 10 we figured 2 trays (outrageously priced) would be plenty. Boy were we wrong, what an absolute disappointment, they was barely enough for an appetizer amount for each of us. When we brought it up to the manager they just dismissed our complaint saying an adult is expected to only eat 2 chicken bites and one triangle slice of a quesadilla. We spent over $700 and now we all have go eat cause we're starving!! You have lost us 10 people and anyone we know from ever coming back to your establishment, God Willing it will be thousands of people between us all!!!! Horribly handled and horrible food!!:

  This place puts the "Bust" in Dave and Busters. Broken machines, employees lying, useless managers ,and gave me a hassle about a refund after 3 broken machines in a row charged me an didn't work. This is the 3rd time I have tried to go to Edina and everytime it's a similar situation and I am just done dealing with the hassle that comes with this place at that point. Even after showing the manager a machine was non functional he didn't even put it out of order, they just count on people not caring enough they are getting screwed over apparently. If you enjoy broken machines barely functioning (if at all) or flagging down an employee to credit you every time you try to use one of their games then you will love it here. I'll stick to the one in maple grove as it's night and day better in every way. I can only imagine how nasty the kitchen is in this place after seeing how little effort goes into testing and repairing the machines and training the employees, Eww. Never stepping foot in this location again.

  We were there for new years eve. Food was decent, the games were a blast! On this particular night, our server was nearly completely absent which we addressed while we were tipping. The major issue was a lack of mall security. This location is on the 3rd floor, and there's a series of escalators leading up to the door. We found ourselves passing through a pack of juveniles who were screaming and running past us (no other stores were open at this time). On the way out (1-2 hours later) the same group was still still nearby, and the escalators were disabled. They broke the glass door as we watched from our vehicle. While they weren't actively aggressive, their behavior was somewhat intimidating and at the very least rude. We will likely visit again, but will probably choose to visit during daylight hours.

  Ordered my sandwich plain. Just meat and bread. When I got the sandwich it had some weird sauce on it. By the time they made me another, the rest of my party was done eating and playing games. I sat alone and ate my meal. The second sandwich was not good either. The waiter showed little interest.
