The nicest dairy queen I've been in! Roberto took my order, he was helpful with the menu and drew my attention to some drink options I wasn't aware of. He cheerfully made small talk and made sure that I had everything I needed, even went back to grab ketchup and mustard that I had forgotten to order. Great amount of seating, with kids games available. Everything was clean!!!

I was really impressed with the drive-thru ordering system — it was AI, but honestly felt just like communicating with a human. I didn’t realize it was AI at first, and when I got to the payment window I confirmed it, which made the experience even more impressive. When I tried to make some more complicated changes after the order was placed and totaled, the AI clearly directed me to request those changes at the window before paying, which worked smoothly. Food was great, and my order was accurate. Overall, a surprisingly seamless and positive experience.
