It is dirty like the other reviews have mentioned but whats worse is the attitude of the employees. I asked for which of the toppings was more spicy and got a sarcastic look like I am a dumb person. Then I asked for a side and the person serving me and two others started talking to each other in Spanish and at me. I am not sure what was funny and I asked. But just got more Spanish at me. Unfortunately Ige noticed this is a common experience at Chipotle because the same thing has happened to me in a different state. I felt mocked and completely disrespected. Oh and the soda machine was also not working. I hope corporate takes not of this and takes action.

Order said it was ready, I went in, only to see my food just sitting on the pickupself with no name, I waited and waited to see my name, nothing. I asked a team member but they did not understand anything I was saying whatever, not a big deal, when someone else comes out I ask them, they tag my bag after it’s already been sitting there since I came in ten minutes ago. They also did not give me chips and said they were out? Make more? It’s chipotle!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but the service at this chipotle was less than subpar, meat was also dried out

Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had—and the final straw for me.
I placed a takeout order and arrived 20-30 minutes after the pickup time (my fault for running late). When I got there, my order was already gone—apparently stolen by someone else. I completely understand that happens when orders sit out.
What I don’t understand is the employee’s reaction. She showed zero concern, blamed me entirely for the theft (“you were late, so it’s your fault”), and told me I’d have to wait for a completely new order. Fair enough—except after 20 more minutes of standing there while new orders kept coming out, I asked about mine and was told it hadn’t even been started yet and I’d need to wait another 15+ minutes. She continued to be dismissive and rude the entire time, repeating that she had to “keep up with pickup times” as if I was somehow inconveniencing her.
When a second employee finally started my bowl, he scooped the rice, then walked completely out of sight for about a minute and returned to the line with nothing added to the bowl and no visible ingredients in his hands. It was extremely strange and, frankly, concerning. The whole thing felt extremely off and unsanitary. Because of that, I threw the entire order in the trash —I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
Over 45 minutes of waiting for an order that was already paid for, treated like I was the problem the whole time. No apology, no urgency, no basic courtesy.
Chipotle’s food and service have been sliding for a while, but this level of indifference and outright rudeness is unacceptable.
I’m done—I won’t be returning to any location
