I look forward to coming back to this Brueggers in the future. My bagel was delicious too. Keep up the good work!

I now always go at least 20 minutes after I place the order because of how long they take, it still was not ready when I got there and I waited another 5 minutes. Then I told the lady I’m waiting for an order I placed 25 minutes ago and she just said “that’s next”. No apologies, nothing. I love brueggers and this is not an issue at any other location. This is seriously an issue and I have started going to a different bagel shop due to it.

Seeing how the (assumed) manager was treating not only his employees, but customers too was unprofessional and unacceptable. He yelled at customers that they were slammed and won’t take orders for 10+ minutes rather than kindly communicating and provided rude customer service at the register. He continued to yell at the employees about how busy they were, moved extremely slowly and seemed so frustrated when he had to help out, and wasn’t helping create a good flow. Overall, this location is extremely unorganized (they’ve had ample amounts of staff members each time I’ve been there) and inefficient. Many of the employees were simply doing their best, but needed help and guidance rather than being yelled at. Furthermore, I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel, toasted, with butter. My bagel was not toasted and only one side had butter which was frustrating after already waiting for 20+ minutes.
