We show up after ordering 20 minutes prior. My son politely asked if they had “our name” ready - They told my son if it isn’t there it isn’t ready. We continued to wait, I then went up and they became defensive and toggled back on the monitor and said we don’t even see your name or order and said “You ordered at a different addressed Brueggers”. They were rude and condescending - they wouldn’t even look at my receipt on the phone to verify . I’ll try to attach the order as it shows I did order and it is the correct address.
