  Drink was missing the extra shot and came with whip when ordered without, asked a worker if they could take it off and they became disgruntled

  Staff is friendly and the place is clean. No complaints for a place to get a quick drink or get some work done.

  I ordered by mobile app for in store pickup. It was ready, and perfect when I arrived. Even so, I was met by a barista who was super warm and friendly and I enjoyed a quick exchange of “good days” with him.

  Not a fan of this particular location. Been a few times and the staff hasn't ever been very friendly. Last time I came in the service was pretty bad. One of the baristas was busy so I just waved and waited at the register, which was no problem. What I found rude is that she just gave me a bad look, didn't acknowledge me, and then spent the next 3-5 minutes talking with a coworker instead. I still assumed they were just busy and wanted to give benefit of the doubt. However, I ordered a menu drink and she proceeded to add full customizations to the entire uncustomized drink, making the price far higher than menu or website pricing. She wasn't nice in the slightest until I hit the tip button at the end. A bit disappointing when Caribou is usually pretty good.

  This is my favorite Caribou! Everyone always greets you with a smile and genuine ask how your day is going. They are caring and respectful. I always try to go to this location when in the area!
