  I stopped in this morning to pick up bagels for my team before work, and the experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish. I wasn’t greeted when I approached the counter, and there was confusion from the cashier—she assumed she had already taken my order when she hadn’t. I ended up standing there awkwardly for about 5–6 minutes just waiting to be helped. After placing a baker’s dozen order, it didn’t seem like anything was being prepared. I could see staff standing around while I waited, and I ended up standing there for another 10 minutes with no clear progress on my order—while I was already on a time crunch. Overall, the service felt disorganized and unwelcoming, which was surprising given how spacious this Bruegger’s Bagels location is. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

  Usually a good spot but today I tried the brisket bagel. The pictures show sliced meat and it was literally shredded and fell off the sandwich with every bite. The service was good and the location was clean and inviting.

  The service if you can call it that is SLOW (18 minutes for a Salmon Bagel Sandwich). The furniture has clearly not been cared for or updated (wobbly tables/chairs, nicked/scuffed). Online orders are prioritized and you are not valued for stopping in… rather you are viewed as an inconvenience!

  Waited 25 minutes for 6 bagels in a bag - not sliced, no toppings, just put them in a bag please. I was reminded why I don’t come here anymore.

  Every time I go to this location they forget about my coffee and I end up waiting an extra ten minutes on top of the already unreasonably long wait time. So far all three times the employees yelled at each other and played the blame game (right in front of me and other customers) rather than just making the coffee they forgot about. Also they were closed for three weeks due to construction and there were no signs or notifications anywhere online or at their location, so my friends and I drove all the way there to get pick up orders placed online that will never be filled. Do not go here unless you have unlimited time and money to waste.
