  Bread is always dry, your food would be pretty good if you made the bread better. Talk to Arbys because they figured it out. Also something is always wrong or missing from the order and the atmosphere is always sad and depressing. Talk to your night manager because she is always depressing and angry. Do better.

  Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Food and service is usually good during the day but the middle aged lady that works night shift ESPECIALLY on Sundays negates any other experience I’ve had. I ordered from DoorDash around 11:30pm on Sunday night (I order from this exact location frequently so I’m familiar with the hours and closing times). My dasher finally arrived to pickup my order a little before midnight and showed they were waiting there for over 10 mins before canceling my order. Another 15 mins passes before I have to just pick up my food myself before the store tries to say they’re closed even though it’s still well before 1am, as I’ve had the same issue in the past where employees closed earlier than supposed to. (Note that I ordered DoorDash in the first place as I have significant health issues which make it almost physically impossible to drive). When I arrive to the pickup window, I’m sitting for about 5 mins and at some point can see the employee - the older middle aged woman with glasses, packing up her belongings to leave. I begin knocking on the window, because again my order was placed and paid for almost an hour before. I see her peek at me slightly through the window but continue to ignore me and then proceed to leave the store. I again asked her why my order wasn’t even worked on let alone not canceled on her end, especially if they were “closed.” She then rudely said “I’m not on the clock. We close at 12,” got in her vehicle and left. I don’t understand how there’s been this many reports, complaints and incidents involving this SAME employee and she still has a job there.
